Junior Secretary
We are seeking an organised and motivated Junior Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support within a busy and professional office environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Providing general secretarial and administrative support
Answering and directing calls in a professional manner
Managing diaries, appointments, and correspondence
Filing, document management, and data capturing
Assisting with reports, meeting preparation, and office coordination
Must be able to handle high pressure environment
Maintaining a neat and efficient office environment

Requirements:

Secretarial or administrative qualification
Min 3yrs experience as a secretary
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
