Looking to lead a national Office Automation division within a trusted financial services group? Our client is seeking a Sector Head who is commercially minded, tech-savvy, and highly skilled at stakeholder engagement. If you enjoy strategy, leadership, and driving business growth — let’s talk.

POSITION INFO:

Strategic Growth:
Build and execute national growth strategies for the office automation sector
Identify market opportunities and expansion areas

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Lead senior-level engagement with major clients and partners
Manage escalations, contracts, and key account performance

Operational Leadership:
Optimise service delivery, turnaround times, and process efficiency
Strengthen supplier relationships to support revenue and growth

Team Management:
Lead multi-disciplinary teams (sales, credit, operations)
Drive a performance and supplier-centric culture

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5–10 years in the office automation industry with operational and leadership exposure
Strong business acumen and understanding of automation solutions
Skilled in SLA management, reporting analysis, and customer satisfaction delivery

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
