Well-established company based on the Eat Rand seeks a Security Manager to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Security, Risk Management, Criminology, or related field advantageous
PSIRA registered
5–8 years’ security experience, including 3 years in a supervisory/management role
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or warehouse environments
Knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and security technologies

Responsibilities:

Manage daily security operations and supervise internal and external security staff
Ensure security coverage across entrances, production areas, warehouses, and parking
Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and access control systems
Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and surveillance equipment
Develop and implement loss prevention and asset protection strategies
Monitor movement of goods with warehouse and logistics teams
Investigate incidents and maintain security reports
Conduct security risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance
Implement emergency response procedures
Liaise with management and law enforcement when required
Train security staff and promote security awareness among employees
