Key Responsibilities: Monitor systems, endpoints, and network activity to detect irregular or malicious behaviour. Investigate and manage security incidents, ensuring effective containment, resolution, and reporting. Perform threat analysis, vulnerability reviews, and track remediation efforts across environments. Contribute to incident response processes, including reporting, root cause analysis, and improvements. Evaluate security controls and identify potential risks or gaps. Maintain accurate documentation including incident logs, procedures, and remediation records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and security posture. Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant IT or cybersecurity qualification. 3-5 years' experience in security operations, incident handling, or threat analysis. Proven experience working with security tools, SIEM platforms, or endpoint protection solutions. Exposure to multi-client or managed services environments is advantageous. Strong understanding of network security concepts and investigation techniques. Experience with Microsoft cloud and security ecosystems (including identity and access management). Ability to conduct vulnerability assessments and manage remediation processes. Strong reporting and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player. Non-negotiables: Ability to work structured evening shifts consistently. Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to incident handling. Professional communication skills in English.
