POSITION INFO:
We’re on a mission to transform customer experiences and operational efficiency through cutting-edge AI and ML solutions, and we’re building a team to do just that.
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / AI Lead who can drive high-impact projects, design scalable AI architectures, and mentor a growing AI team.

What you’ll do:

Lead the design and implementation of AI models, focusing on production-ready pipelines.
Architect solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, NLP, and advanced ML techniques.
Work closely with product owners to translate business needs into ML solutions.
Guide junior AI engineers and foster a culture of experimentation and delivery.

What you bring:

5+ years in AI/ML with a track record of deployed models.
Strong coding in Python, with deep understanding of ML and DL frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for scalable deployments.
A passion for mentoring and building high-performance AI teams.

We’re not looking for someone to maintain legacy models we want a thought partner ready to explore, experiment, and implement world-class AI solutions.
