Opportunity for a Senior Accountant

POSITION INFO:

Join a world-renowned engineering company with a strong global presence. This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified CA(SA) to step into a dynamic Senior Accountant role, contributing to the financial strength and operational excellence of a highly innovative and technical business providing strategic cost control analysis to improve profitability and operational efficiency

Duties:

Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Manage cash flow forecasting
Oversee treasury activities
Ensure full tax compliance
Internal controls
Support project accounting by tracking and reporting project costs, budgets, and performance
Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and internal teams

Education experience:

CA(SA)
At least 3 – 4 years post article experience
Engineering, mining or manufacturing experience is required
SAP or SAGE experience is required
