Senior Accountant

SUMMARY:
A well-established organisation based in Potchefstroom is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded Accountant with solid accounting experience and exposure to the manufacturing or retail environments, although candidates from other sectors are welcome to apply.

Experience within a payroll environment will be beneficial, making this an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional looking to grow within a stable organisation.

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom degree
• SAIPA qualification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience
• Industry exposure to manufacturing or retail advantageous, but open
• Payroll background beneficial
• Strong accounting fundamentals

• Full accounting function
• Monthly management accounts and reporting
• Payroll oversight and support
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Budgeting and forecasting
