SUMMARY:
Are you a numbers pro with a passion for property? We’re seeking a detail-driven Senior Accountant to manage reporting, compliance & insights that keep our property portfolio performing at its best!

POSITION INFO:

Work with a leading property group with a strong market reputation

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare & review financials for property portfolios and entities
- Oversee month-end, reporting packs & management accounts
- Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
- Ensure IFRS, tax & statutory compliance
- Oversee VAT, income tax, and compliance reporting
- Liaise with auditors, asset managers & stakeholders

Skills & Requirements:
- BCom in Accounting/Finance (Honours advantageous)
- 5–7 years’ accounting experience (property industry ideal)
- Strong understanding of IFRS & property reporting
- Experience on ERP/property management systems
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced property environment
