SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced B.Com Accountant looking for a stable, hands-on role where you can take ownership of the full finance function?
Our client is seeking a mature, bilingual female finance professional to join their team in Westonaria, JHB South. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is confident working independently, enjoys a hands-on environment and has strong experience across the full accounting cycle.
Experience within manufacturing, mining or construction will be highly advantageous.

POSITION INFO:
Your Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the full finance function from processing through to reporting. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage general ledger, reconciliations, journals and month-end processes. Oversee debtors, creditors and cash flow. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with annual financial statements and audit requirements. Ensure effective financial controls and compliance with company procedures. Provide financial information and reporting to management. Assist with general finance-related administration as required. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies. What We're Looking For B.Com in Accounting\/Finance - essential Articles would be advantageous 5+ years' relevant experience Proven full-function accounting experience Experience in Manufacturing, Mining or Construction - advantageous Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong Excel and accounting systems experience. Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Bilingual female candidate required A mature, dependable and hands-on approach to the role. Comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
