POSITION INFO:
Job description: Prepare and review monthly management accounts Process and review accounting journals and financial transactions Perform detailed Income Statement and Balance Sheet reconciliations Manage month-end and year-end reporting requirements Prepare accruals, provisions and prepayments Review VAT reconciliations, submissions and payments Maintain fixed asset registers and related schedules Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Support annual audit processes and liaise with external auditors Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' of accounting experience Strong financial reporting and reconciliation skills Advanced Excel skills Excellent attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Qualification: BCom Accounting or related degree Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles advantageous Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
