POSITION INFO:

Company in Grand Baie requires Senior Accountant.

MUST be ACCA qualified.

EU/Irish Company VAT and TAX experience would be advantageous.

Accounting records are accurate reconciled and closed on time
Statutory returns are completed and lodged within deadline
Business financial performance & control monitored & remedial actions recommended in time to be effective and control issues addressed.
All Financial reporting conforms to IFRS, Companies & Income Tax Acts and other relevant financial regulations, statutes or codes of best practice.
Working Capital managed to ensure operational & long-term requirements are forecast & met.
Relationships with Auditors & Regulators are professional & supportive.
Liaising with auditors/regulators and providing relevant information for financial and tax audits.
Working with all departments and the management team to help make managing working capital. This includes optimizing Cash flow, Billing, Debtors and Creditors management, client monies reconciliations.
