A leading land based operator is expanding portfolios and they have exciting opportunities in their brand new iGaming venture. They have an amazing job opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join their in Johannesburg. You will have active involvement in projects related to design of new reports, system enhancements, standard setting across the company and to enable the offering of greater transparency over financial results, trends, performance indicators and efficiency measures as well as outward communication.

This job will require you to have close collaboration with divisional and regional finance teams as well as with subject matter experts in matters such as capital management, Treasury, Financial Accounting, Headcount. The Senior Accountant may perform additional duties and responsibilities that management deems necessary from time to time.

Requirements for this Senior Accountant job in Johannesburg:

Qualified CA(SA)
3 or more years’ post-article experience
Must have experience within an iGaming environment
Experience in a Senior Accounting or Financial Management role in a
Strong IFRS knowledge and experience
Strong Tax knowledge and experience
Polished interpersonal and written skills; an ability to present complex ideas and key messages effectively to senior audiences
Working knowledge of AccPac and Caseware will be beneficial
Controlling experience in a multinational financial institution is a plus
