Senior Administrative Executive - Centurion
Salary: R37 500 CTC (including benefits)

The Senior Administrative Executive is responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the firm's office and administrative function, with particular emphasis on payroll processing and basic human resources administration

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Grade 12 \/ Matric certificate A relevant post-matric qualification in Office Administration, Human Resources Management, Payroll Administration, Bookkeeping or a related field is strongly preferred (e.g. National Diploma, Higher Certificate, or equivalent) A formal payroll qualification or certification (e.g. SAPA - South African Payroll Association) is advantageous 8-10 years of relevant senior administrative, payroll, or HR administration experience End-to-end payroll preparation and processing experience, including statutory submissions (PAYE, UIF, SDL) HR administration experience covering contracts, leave management, and recruitment support Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Software proficiency in payroll and accounting tools (e.g., Sage Payroll\/VIP, Pastel, or similar) Contactable references that verify your payroll and HR experience Clear credit and criminal record checks Valid driver's licence advantageous Strong numerical accuracy and reconciliation skills Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines (particularly monthly payroll and statutory filing deadlines) without close supervision Consultant: Chantene Potgieter - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
