Senior Administrator

SUMMARY:
Due to rapid growth, our client, a small cheese factory, is seeking an additional team member to take primary responsibility for their administrative operations. The company is located approximately 20 km from Sedgefield and 40 km from George.

They are looking for a highly competent Financial Administrator with experience in the following areas: Pastel accounting, a solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures, intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Debtors and Creditors management, and familiarity with ISO 22000 standards.

Outline of responsibilities:

Creditors Control (Pastel)

• Supplier credit application forms
• Supplier invoices
• Statements

• Attendance Register
• Schedule bi-weekly meetings with Management & Director
• Stock control (balance stock daily)
• Prepare budget reports for monthly meetings

• Document control
• Keep track of important dates and deadlines on the ISO22000 system
• Schedule annual meetings as per ISO22000 requirements
• Prepare for internal and external audits.

• Prepare for both internal and external audits

• Receive and process all orders, document on MS Excel, generate delivery notes, arrange loads with transporter, invoicing
