Minimum requirements:

Matric
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (professional level)
Drivers License + Reliable Vehicle
Minimum of 5+ years proven administrative experience
Advanced skills in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Full control and continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes
Contract management and critical document control
Financial processing, cost control, and reporting to management
Direct support and coordination with senior management
Ensuring accuracy of all data and records
Managing office functions and operational workflow
