JOB SUMMARY:
6 MONTHS TEMPORARY POSITION
Riverhorse Valley. Opportunity exists for Senior Administrator with strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills and excellent organisational ability.

Please note: only candidates who are available immediately will be considered for the position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Invoicing on Excel based system (extreme accuracy needed)
Process quotes and invoices
Allocation of receipts schedules
Scheduling services and assisting Services Manager with follow up calls to clients
Tracking WIP
Chasing outstanding invoices
Weekly reconciliations
Receptionist duties including answering telephone, redirecting calls, assisting walk-in clients and any other ad hoc duties as required
