Senior Administrator (Wealth)

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Wealth Industry is looking for a Senior Wealth Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate IV in Financial Services (or working toward)
• Management or leadership training/certification (advantageous but not essential).
• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a Wealth Management / Financial Planning Administration role.
• Proficient in Xplan and various financial provider systems.
• Strong knowledge of Local and Offshore Investments, Pensions, Endowments, RAs and Estate Planning.
• Demonstrated understanding of the regulatory environment and advice compliance frameworks.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
• Manage the full administration of client portfolios including switches, withdrawals, contributions, pension transfers, and payments and quarterly reviews.
• Process new business and ongoing service requests across a wide range of products (Allan Gray, AIMS, Old Mutual, Credo, SwissQuote, etc.)
• Ensure timely and accurate lodgement of applications and compliance documentation
