SUMMARY:
We are looking for a high performing, experienced Senior Assistant Brand Manager who would like to learn and grow quickly within an international FMCG group

POSITION INFO:
RESPONSIBILITIES

Support manager to achieve brand and category marketing goals
Contribute to the creation of new initiatives including new products, packaging and

ideas

Develop consumer insights and expertise, competitor and marketing understanding,

to provide recommendations

Input in marketing plans
Set priorities and meet deadlines
In depth and insightful reporting on category performance
Work effectively with other team members
Demonstrate creativity and innovative skills
Manage cross function teams to execute project and category strategies
Sound knowledge of marketing mix of portfolio

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12
Tertiary Marketing Degree or Honours degree (including Finance/Business Science grads) or IMM Diploma.
3 to 5 years experience in brand management, marketing or related (FMCG experience an added advantage)
Good numeracy skills
Able to multi-task and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
Able to collaborate with all levels and departments of the business
Creativity and ability to produce innovation and original ideas
Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, online project management platforms e.g. Click Up, Slack
