SUMMARY:
A well-established law firm in Parktown North is seeking a seasoned and experienced Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team
The ideal candidate will have strong litigation expertise, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a proven record of managing complex matters effectively

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• 6 to 8 years’ post-admission experience as an Attorney
• Right of Appearance in the High Court is essential
• Extensive litigation experience in both Magistrates’ and High Court matters
• Solid knowledge of High Court Rules, Caselines, and Court Online
• Strong skills in drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and conducting legal research independently
• Proven ability to handle opposed matters and to appear in court confidently
