SUMMARY:
Established Law Firm dealing with Banking Litigation and collections in Cape Town is looking for a Snr Litigation Attorney with Managerial Skills to join the team. Will be responsible for management of support staff and Candidate Attorneys

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Admitted in high court
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing Attorney, with a primary focus on Litigation and ideally some experience in Conveyancing
Managerial/Supervisory skills
Must have enough experience to act as a principle for candidate attorneys
Admitted to practice law in the High Court of South Africa, with specific experience in the High Court of Cape Town.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing a legal team.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and thorough legal work.
A client-focused approach, with the ability to empathize with clients and advocate for their best interests.
