SUMMARY:
Our client in Telco sector is seeking a skilled Senior Automation Quality Engineer on a contract duration of 12 months.

Role Purpose:

As a Senior Automation Quality Engineer you will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that software applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Your primary focus will be on automating test processes to enhance efficiency and reliability across digital platforms.

POSITION INFO:
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software testing, with at least 2 years focused on test automation.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Java.
Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with tools like Postman or Swagger.

Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with testing methodologies like TDD and BDD.

Preferred Skills:

Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
Containerization: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Performance Testing: Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Security Testing: Familiarity with security testing practices and tools.
