A minimum of 8 years' experience in designing BI solutions based on Inmon & Kimball methodologies

POSITION INFO:

WE ARE ASSITING ONE OF OUR CLIENTS IN THE BANKING SECTOR TO FILL A ROLE OF A SNR BI SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST

THIS A CONTRACT FOR 24 MONTHS

Experience:

Must have:

ï‚· A minimum of 8 years’ experience in designing business intelligence solutions based on Inmon and Kimball methodologies

ï‚· Must have 5 year working experience with designing Star Schemas

ï‚· Must be proficient in SQL, Oracle and AIX

ï‚· Must be experienced in using SQL Developer for Oracle

ï‚· Project exposure (waterfall and/or agile methodologies)

ï‚· Must have solid expertise in designing BI Solutions covering the ETL design, Data Models, Front end design and associated designs relating to developing a BI and Analytics solution

ï‚· Must have experience in BI Infrastructure components from Applications, Databases, Operating Systems and Networks

ï‚· Formulation and standards for the BI Ecosystem

ï‚· Data Modelling using Visio or SAP Power Designer

Qualifications/ Certification:

ï‚· A degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent

Advantageous

ï‚· BI Tools certification

ï‚· Data Integration certification

ï‚· Data Warehouse certification
