POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Bonds Secretary
Proven experience attending to FNB bonds
Experience with FNB & RMB Complex Lending bonds and bond cancellations
Ability to manage high volumes of bond files in a high-pressure environment
Strong administrative and file management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple files simultaneously
Experience working with Lotus Notes is advantageous
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with bank clients and stakeholders
