SUMMARY:

A well-established company is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join their team in Randfontein. The successful candidate will oversee the full bookkeeping function across two branches, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective inventory control, and smooth day-to-day financial operations.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements â National Diploma (Advantageous) â 5+ years' bookkeeping experience â Experience managing the finance function for multiple branches â Advanced Microsoft Excel skills â Proficient in SAP Business One and Sage (Advantageous) Non-Negotiable Requirements Experience overseeing two company branches Preparation of Financial Statements Strong General Ledger knowledge Inventory Management experience Full bookkeeping to trial balance and financial statement level Key Responsibilities Manage the full bookkeeping function for two branches Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger Oversee inventory transactions, controls, and reporting Process and reconcile creditors, debtors, and bank accounts Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records Assist with budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis What's on Offer? â Competitive salary package â Guaranteed 13th cheque â Stable, long-term opportunity â Immediate start available Only Apply if you meet the above requirements: Email:
