SENIOR BOOKKEEPER | FULL FUNCTION

Location: Centurion
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Employment Type: Permanent
A well-established business is looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to take full ownership of the financial administration and reporting function across two related entities.
This is a hands-on, high-autonomy position suited to a strong Senior Bookkeeper who is comfortable managing the complete accounting function, overseeing junior finance staff and working directly with Senior Management

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: 4+ years' full-function bookkeeping experience in a stock-bearing environment Proven experience managing the finances of multiple entities and supervising\/mentoring junior finance staff Completed Accounting Diploma (minimum 24 months) OR relevant Accounting\/Finance Degree , with Accounting HG in Matric Strong hands-on VAT, PAYE, UIF & SDL experience Strong knowledge of GL, Trial Balance, journals, reconciliations, stock control and monthly stock takes Proven experience preparing monthly management accounts, cash flow, age analyses and annual financial statements Experience with external audits, audit working papers, budgets and forecasts QuickBooks experience highly preferred ; Sage\/Pastel\/Xero advantageous Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting Registered with a recognised professional accounting body Must be accurate, analytical, disciplined, confidential and able to work under pressure Consultant: Donavan Mannikam - Dante Personnel Greenstone Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
