Senior Bookkeeper

SUMMARY:
Our client, a company focusing on innovation in the FMCG industry is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper in the Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Finance or Accounting.
• 4-5 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Experience with Syspro.
• Intermediate level in Excel.
• Essential: General Ledger Reconciliations.
• Essential: Experience with finance leases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• All bookkeeping duties.
• Monthly General Ledger reconciliations.
• Cash books.
• Prepares overseas payments.
• Approve creditors recons.
• Loads payments in the banking system.
• Weekly sales reporting.
• Liaise with both internal and external audit teams.
• Credit control for both sites.
• Update finance lease for two divisions.
