SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team based in Markman, PE.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities:
Ã¯Â‚Â· Manage group entities books from start to Trial Balance
Ã¯Â‚Â· Reconciling creditors and debtors
Ã¯Â‚Â· Bank and petty cash processing, including reconciling of banks
Ã¯Â‚Â· Updating fixed asset register for the entities
Ã¯Â‚Â· Capture and reconcile the credit cards
Ã¯Â‚Â· General journals for the companies
Ã¯Â‚Â· Process monthly EMP 201 and submit to SARS.
Ã¯Â‚Â· Process monthly Vat and submit to SARS
Ã¯Â‚Â· Attend to SARS queries when necessary
Ã¯Â‚Â· Complete Annual Returns and other secretarial work
Ã¯Â‚Â· Prepare monthly reports and compile month end file Knowledge of Quickbooks, Palladium and ExceL
