JOB SUMMARY:
Killarney Gardens. Excellent opportunity exists with stable, well established distribution company for a dedicated and competent Senior Bookkeeper with management accounts experience to take charge of the full accounting and administration functions of the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will suit someone with exceptional admin skills who is able to work independently with no direct supervision and take charge of all office functions. Pastel Accounting, Excel and Word experience is essential.

Responsibilities:

Monthly management accounts
Debtors and creditors - vet and approve credit applications, payments, invoicing, statements, recons and queries
Cashbook - posting and reconciliation
Petty cash
Fixed assets
VAT recons
Stock control
Monthly price lists
Answering telephone
Order office smalls / groceries and stationary
Sanitising and cleaning regime
Assist Auditors with annual audit
Archiving
B-BEE planning
