Senior Bookkeeper/Credit Controller - Beacon Valley/Parow - R25,000 per month

• Pastel experience
• Process all daily cash book reconciliations and debtors’ updates
• Process journals/credit notes etc.
• Responsible for collection of debtors book of approximate R30mil
• Do month end debtors and send statements etc
• Report to Financial director
• Small admin dept
• Must be able to work and deliver unsupervised
• Excel/word proficient
• Keep debtors accounts reconciled and solving queries
• Training to be given on inhouse computer systems
• Placing of sundry orders with suppliers
• Working experience with Credit Guarantee Insurance
