Senior Broker Consultant

SUMMARY:
My Client in Gauteng is seeking a Senior Investment Broker Consultant with solid experience in Wealth Management, Investment Brokerage and/or financial distribution

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa (Hybrid/Field-based)
R40 000 per month CTC

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
The successful candidate will expand distribution by targeting brokers and introducers with access to High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Mass Affluent investors who are actively seeking stable hard-currency income solutions.

• Proven experience in investment brokerage, wealth management, or financial distribution
• Strong Johannesburg-based network (and ideally national reach)
• Ability to recruit, motivate, and manage a sales/introducer team
• Confident communicator with strong client and broker credibility
• Comfortable with alternative investments and structured income products or has aligned experience in the investment domain
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven
• Own transport and home office environment
