SUMMARY:
Senior Building Foreman

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise concrete structures and reinforced concrete construction on site Manage construction teams, subcontractors and daily site activities Coordinate shuttering\/formwork, reinforcement and concrete placement Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications and programme Monitor quality, productivity and workmanship Coordinate concrete pours and ensure correct preparation and sequencing Liaise with Site Management, Engineers and subcontractors Conduct daily inspections and maintain site records Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality requirements Assist with planning, programming and resource allocation Identify and resolve construction-related issues efficiently REQUIREMENTS 5+ years' experience as a Concrete Structures Foreman or similar role Strong experience in reinforced concrete and structural construction Proven experience on medium to large building projects Good understanding of construction drawings and structural details Experience managing teams and subcontractors Strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcement and concrete works Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Good communication and organisational skills Relevant construction qualification or trade background will be advantageous
