Senior Business Analyst – SAP Hybris / Omnichannel -12 month contract

POSITION INFO:

We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive omnichannel transformation for a leading retail client. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with SAP Hybris solutions, ensuring seamless customer journeys across digital and physical channels

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with stakeholders to capture, refine, and translate business requirements into actionable SAP Hybris solutions.
• Lead workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis for omnichannel initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution design aligns with retail business objectives.
• Provide insight on best practices in e-commerce, supply chain, and customer experience.
• Support testing, change management, and rollout activities across the 12-month program.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior BA in retail or e-commerce environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP Hybris and omnichannel business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments.
• Contract availability for 12 months.
