POSITION INFO:

Company and Job Description

This role sits within a technology focused delivery team supporting investment related operations. The successful individual will help turn commercial needs into technology solutions that enhance workflow, accuracy and performance. You will operate in an environment that values insight, ownership and continuous optimisation, while offering autonomy and professional respect. You will gain the chance to work on impactful initiatives that support strategic objectives while contributing to well structured and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

Translate operational requirements into clear system focused outcomes
Create detailed solution and requirement documentation
Evaluate existing platforms and identify improvement opportunities
Partner with internal teams and external service providers to deliver enhancements
Support testing activities and ensure quality aligned delivery
Guide and support less experienced team members
Foster productive relationships across business units

Job Experience and Skills Required

Degree in information systems computer science or a related field
Minimum of five years working in a business analysis capacity within technology driven environments
Demonstrated involvement in successful project execution
Exposure to financial services will be beneficial
Strong understanding of data structures and reporting concepts
Confidence in interpreting business information and system logic
Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Clear written and verbal communication
