An organisation that helps people grow their savings, protect what matters to them and invest for the future is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

POSITION INFO:
This group enables business and people from all walks of life to achieve their goals and life aspirations. Listed under the short-term insurance industry and extending the structure to life insurance. I’m looking for well experienced Senior Business Analyst that have gained solid years of experience in the insurance space, reach out to shouneez@------ to learn more about this opportunity.
Duties:

Analyse, model and improve business and system processes in order to implement a business solution
Facilitate workshops to define user requirements, create use cases and document user requirements
Defining business processes
Translate business level processes into workflow processes where required
Generate relevant documentation (Business requirements and functional specifications)
Understanding of the SDLC
Knowledge and experience in Visio modeling tool, Aris or similar
Experience with following an Agile methodology

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications

Matric
Bcom (Informatics) or BSc (Software Engineering) or equivalent qualification
BA qualification (FTI, CBAP – IIBA) or similar is advantageous

Experience:

5 years of hands-on experience in a business analyst role
Previous exposure in an insurance company
Experience with agile development methodologies
