POSITION INFO:
Duties:

• Applying proper analysis in documenting requirements into business process maps, business requirement definitions and business requirements specifications, in-line with the business architecture framework and strategy around people, process, and technology, with a solid understanding of Agile.
• Compile functional specifications and use cases for developers using the business requirements provided by the business analysts, in collaboration with architects.
• Determine, design, and facilitate the correct implemented solution for the stakeholder needs, by working with all relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts across all business functions, always putting the client first.
• Develop and model solutions by delivering use cases, activity and sequence diagrams based on the business solution required to the technical team
• Identify, investigate, and analyze problems faced by business on the current implemented solutions.
• Create and maintain required repositories including traceability and attribute matrices using
• Enterprise Architect tools
• Identify re-usable opportunities/components in new/enhancement design

• Matric
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology (IT

• 6 - 8-year experience of solid business acumen/
• stakeholder management/commitment between business
• ability to manage scope and cost of a deliverable
• software life cycle, with solid Agile experience
• 6 years domain knowledge in Insurance (Short Term and Life)
