JOB SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with payments experience in the implementation of large projects and short-term insurance industry exposure?

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client, a short-term insurance company is looking for a flexible and agile Business Analyst with the ability to perform detailed analysis, document processes and perform user acceptance testing to support the development of innovative solutions to enable business objectives. DUTIES:

Contribute to translating the business goals into design in line with systems architecture
Collaborate closely with solutions teams and a variety of end-users
solution design process to make recommendations to create and enhance solutions
user acceptance testing and guide users
Define reporting requirements and integration points on affected components
Keep abreast of the latest IT trends and practices

Master the 80/20 rule to prevent analysis paralysis, clearly articulate the risks and identify and manage the risk mitigation plans.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

IT Degree or related
Min. 7 years experience as a Business Analysis
Proven experience in the implementation of large projects
