JOB SUMMARY:
Deliver value to the client by planning, executing and closing and handover of projects which includes managing a project/ work stream end to end.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minumum requirments:

Degree/ BS degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Engineering or Quantitative Studies.
Additional Qualification - Business Management and/or Project Management is highly advantageous or equivalent qualification in required field, a qualification or certification in project management is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in management consulting/ 10 Year in operational environment.
Must have a valid driver license and own vehicle is an advantage.
Expected to work long hours from time to time and expected to travel.

Duties & responsibilties:

Understands client problems at a project/ work stream level and be able to give suggestions and recommendation.
Conducts detailed research to make solid client recommendations.
Ability to provide timely status reports as part of project governance, internally and externally to clients.
Forms long term collaborative relationships with clients of all levels to deliver work – deliver pitches, identify what the agenda is.
Able to coach and be a mentor to junior staff and external clients.
Develops and adheres to a personal development plan.
Manages one''''s time and resources to ensure that objectives are achieved effectively on time and within budget.
Maximizes or leverages the strengths of the team in a competitive environment.
Understanding municipal systems act (NRC only) (inhouse).
Advanced project management (PRINCE 2/PMI certification)
