Responsibilities

• Work closely with Business stakeholders to unpack and translate business requirements into the various solution design specification baselines.
• Support facilitation to unpack of business requirements and process modelling (design)
• Gather and analyse information to evaluate existing or proposed systems / solution compositions (candidate solution offerings)
• Prepare architecture and design blueprints that cover the required stakeholder viewpoints, providing integrated views that include business capabilities and associated functions, processes, information flows, application and systems composition, technologies (infrastructure) and security.
• Analyse and inform stakeholders on anticipated change impact to existing systems from both technical and business impact.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
• Gathering and eliciting requirements and preparation of Business requirements documents.
• Agile methodology (Creating user stories and story mapping in JIRA).
• Responsible for translating BRD into functional and non-functional specifications and test plans.
• Closely coordinated with both business user and developers for arriving at a mutually acceptable solution.
• Conducted JAD sessions to define the project and to reduce the time frame required to complete deliverables.
• Used MS Visio for creating Architecture models, use cases, workflows and sequence diagrams according to UML methodology thus defining data process models.
• Designed Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and web mockups using modelling tools. 

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Completed relevant qualification
• 5-6 years’ experience within Business Analysis
• Payments industry exposure – Highly beneficial
