Senior Business Change Manger

SUMMARY:

A full time CONTRACT position exists for a Senior Business Change Manager with a financial Institute in the Centre of Pretoria.    This will be full time CONTRACT

POSITION INFO:

The main purpose of this position is to lead the design and operationalisation business transformation change management services to the FinSurv
Lead the development, execution and communication of holistic and integrated business change strategies and frameworks that support the strategic objectives of the FinSurv.
Define and communicate change toolkits, governance processes, training programmes and aggregated transformation roadmaps for the delivery of changes that will lead to business and operational benefits.
Drive the delivery of a single view of change across FinSurv.
Manage relationships with key business stakeholders, IT change management, programme office, human resources and the change management network, to facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure an aligned change management approach.
Coordinate and align change strategies to manage the impact on internal and external stakeholders, which include FinSurv collaborative regulators, authorised dealers, institutional investors and other relevant.
Define the communications strategy and approach for the FinSurv change portfolio, working together with the Head of the Department and senior management team
Design and develop comprehensive reporting methods on the business change management, including overall change readiness, adoption and business impact within the Institute.
Maintain a network with other department’s tier 1 business change manager to harmonise change management leading trends.
Develop and manage relationships with the Strategy Management Office (SMO) on business change management to enable effective strategy execution and alignment.
Identify and mitigate risks related to the business change management and ensure compliance with relevant governance frameworks as defined by the Company’s change management and the SMO Centre of Excellence
A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Human Science or related qualification equivalent;
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in large scale complex business programme change management environment.

- An MBA
- Certificate in Change Management
- Lean Six Sigma certification (business transformation related)
