Overview
Global Fin-tech company has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, high-energy individual who is financially savvy, dynamic, resilient, and driven and looking to learn top-tier B2B business development skills.

The role will provide an opportunity to advance to a deal-making position for individuals displaying the required drive and negotiation skill.

Due to the nature of the business, strong financial acumen is required.

Minimum Requirements:
4 or more years strategic business development or sales experience
Completed Finance/ CFA, Marketing, business management or Economics degree
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, target clients, partnerships, global opportunities, or new ways of reaching existing markets
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation and outreach to target clients to create a sales pipeline
Arrange demo meetings via sales calls or other methods approved by the senior staff
Set up and present demos effectively to potential clients with the aim of closing deals
Assist senior members of the team in putting together proposals and assist in negotiating and closing deals to the extent required by the senior team
Managing outbound sales and business development campaigns
Follow up on warm opportunities that you have created
Maintain a strong understanding of the product, features, and technical specifications to effectively engage with potential clients (Product training will be provided)
Provide feedback to Client Management and IT teams on ways to improve the platform that will result in growth in market share
