SUMMARY:
Business Development Consultant

POSITION INFO:

New Business Development

• Source new business through cold calling, online marketing and responding to tenders.
• Meet monthly sales targets by driving and closing on sales opportunities.
• Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Generate and compile sales proposals, quotations and tender documents.
• Perform market research to keep abreast of trends and to identify key market opportunities.
• Utilize various marketing tools (including networking events, tender briefings and social media) to create and maintain a healthy sales lead pipeline.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to new and existing clients.
• Provide suggestions and ideas for growing the business development function.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business development systems, processes and procedures
• Maintain quality candidate and client database as sources for business development.

• • Minimum Qualifications-Diploma/Degree in Business Management/ Sales, Marketing/Financial Management and or related
  • Minimum Experience- 4-8 years in similar role within a corporate and sales environment.
  • Knowledge- Proven sales track record.

  Knowledge of recruitment industry and role would be an added advantage

  • Computer Skills- Intermediate MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  Other Requirements- Valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle.
