SUMMARY:
Business Development Consultant

POSITION INFO:

New Business Development

Source new business through cold calling, online marketing and responding to tenders.
Meet monthly sales targets by driving and closing on sales opportunities.
Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Generate and compile sales proposals, quotations and tender documents.
Perform market research to keep abreast of trends and to identify key market opportunities.
Utilize various marketing tools (including networking events, tender briefings and social media) to create and maintain a healthy sales lead pipeline.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations to new and existing clients.
Provide suggestions and ideas for growing the business development function.
Assist in the development and implementation of business development systems, processes and procedures
Maintain quality candidate and client database as sources for business development.
Client Management & Recruitment
- Minimum Qualifications-Diploma/Degree in Business Management/ Sales, Marketing/Financial Management and or related
- Minimum Experience- 4-8 years in similar role within a corporate and sales environment.
- Knowledge- Proven sales track record.
Knowledge of recruitment industry and role would be an added advantage
- Computer Skills- Intermediate MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
Other Requirements- Valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle.
