SUMMARY:
I’m partnering with a market leader to find a Senior Business Development Manager who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering results and the C-suite relationships to open doors from day one.
This role is a key driver in our client’s growth strategy, so we’re not looking for potential—we’re looking for seasoned expertise backed by tangible achievements. If you’re a high-performer with strong executive connections and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, I’d like to hear from you.

POSITION INFO:

Open new doors by targeting untapped markets and engaging potential high-value clients with a proven track record working with C-suite executives
Uncover client priorities through strategic conversations, and design tailored solutions that deliver measurable value for both the client and stakeholders
Build strong business cases by showcasing the commercial and technical benefits of your solutions, clearly mapping out ROI for client buy-in
Win and retain business by securing new deals and ensuring exceptional service long after the sale is closed
Drive vendor partnerships by leading negotiations with Principal Vendors, optimising pricing, and overseeing procurement to maximise profitability

Skills & Experience:
Proven success in asset leasing/financing, ideally in IT hardware
A track record of personal billings and team profitability
Strong leadership – you lead from the front, not behind a desk
Sharp commercial acumen and financial modelling know-how

Qualification:
Degree in business or similar
MBA highly advantageous
CA(SA)
