POSITION INFO:

Key Experience Requirement:

• 5 - 7 years of experience
• Mining, background

Qualification requirements one of the following would be required:

• CIA or CA non negotiable
• CRMA/CRISC

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Program / Initiative leads (Somebody that introduced or implemented new solutions)
  Impeccable knowledge when it comes to Risk Management
  Exceptional understanding of emerging risks (e.g. Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) and ability to identify emerging risks within mining sector
• Undertake ad-hoc special reviews as required
• Conduct assessments on current and emerging risks
• Identify management controls to mitigate key risks
• Brainstorm ‘signature audit’ procedures to verify if controls are operating as intended
• Plan remote and on-site auditing
• Determine control gaps, root-causes for those gaps, and propose constructive and practical improvements
• Present audit results and solutions to management
• Help bring the audit profession into the future by using digital technology to deliver outstanding risk and audit management services
