Master degree or relevant qualification

Experience

Minimum of 8 + years of experience in a CRM position

The ideal candidate must have:

Proven work experience as a Senior CRM Manager role
Solid background in customer acquisition strategies
Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems = SalesForce. This point is critical as we have just deployed SalesForce Marketing Cloud and need an expert to help train and excite our marketing teams locally, as well as our product teams.
Communication Channels: Emailer, Push Notif, SMS, Social Media, Chatbots
Knowledge of online CRM marketing methods and best practices
An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
