Senior Change & Communication Specialis

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Change & Communication Specialist to join a client-based project in Johannesburg. Contract details: Contract type: Short-term contract Start date: Immediate End date: 30 November 2026 Location: On-site at the client in Johannesburg Remuneration: R80,000 per month Key responsibilities: Develop and implement change management and communication strategies. Apply the Prosci \/ ADKAR change management methodology throughout the project. Conduct change-impact, stakeholder and readiness assessments. Develop clear and engaging communications for different stakeholder groups. Coordinate stakeholder engagement, change-readiness and adoption activities. Support leaders and project teams through organisational change. Facilitate workshops, briefings and stakeholder engagements. Monitor change adoption, risks and resistance. Develop change reports, presentations and supporting materials. Requirements: Proven senior-level experience in change management and strategic communications. Prosci Change Management Certification is required. Strong working knowledge and practical application of the ADKAR model. Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience working on complex organisational or transformation programmes. Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines. Relevant tertiary qualification. Organisational design experience will be a distinct advantage.
