SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Change Manager who thrives on shaking things up (in the best way). You’ll be the driving force behind transformation projects, making sure big ideas don’t just stay on paper , they land, stick, and deliver results.

• Lead the charge: Design and deliver change strategies that actually work.
• Win hearts & minds: Engage stakeholders at every level, turning skeptics into champions.
• Tell the story: Create clear, compelling communications that make change exciting, not scary.
• Equip the team: Roll out training and support that empowers people to thrive in new ways of working.
• Measure impact: Track adoption, celebrate wins, and tweak where needed to keep things on course.
• Shape culture: Champion adaptability, resilience, and continuous improvement across the business.

What You Bring
• 7+ years of change management or transformation experience.
• A proven track record of leading large‑scale change (bonus if it’s in retail or consumer‑focused industries).
• Strong stakeholder management chops, you know how to influence and inspire.
• Excellent communication skills (you can make complex change sound simple and exciting).
• Certification in change management methodologies (Prosci, ACMP, etc.) is a plus
