POSITION INFO:
Job description: Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting Prepare and review Annual Financial Statements Drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning initiatives Review complex accounting transactions and technical accounting matters Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax legislation and internal controls Manage external audits and stakeholder engagement Oversee cash flow, treasury and working capital management Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership Lead and develop finance team members Drive process improvements, governance and financial best practices Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' of post-articles experience Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise IFRS experience Advanced Excel skills Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities Excellent analytical and commercial acumen Qualification: CA(SA) designation (non-negotiable) Relevant post-articles experience Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
