We're looking for a Senior Client Specialist to drive excellence in Broker Consultant (BC) support, lead product expertise initiatives, and strengthen the Wealth & Investments front-office Centre of Excellence. This role combines product mastery, advanced client engagement, operational accuracy, and strategic insight, serving as a senior influencer in the client value chain. What You'll Do Provide specialist support on complex investment and product-related queries Manage client escalations and deliver tailored solutions Support and develop Broker Consultants through product expertise and training Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and the client experience Analyse trends and provide insights to support business and client outcomes Ensure accurate client onboarding and investment administration What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree (Investment or Finance qualification preferred) 4+ years' experience in Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Investment Client Services Strong knowledge of investment products and regulatory requirements Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client engagement skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What Will Make You Successful A client-centric approach and commitment to service excellence Strong ownership, accountability, and sound judgement The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment Why Join Fedgroup?
