Senior Compliance Analyst

SUMMARY:
This is a newly created, high‑visibility role designed to strengthen how governance, risk and compliance are lived and breathed across the business. Sitting close to operations, the Senior Analyst will work hands‑on within business units to uncover control gaps, challenge existing processes and translate risk into practical, value‑adding solutions. POSITION INFO:

Serve as the primary interface between business operations and the Internal Audit function
Embed within designated business areas on a weekly basis, partnering directly with operational leadership and teams
Proactively identify governance, risk and control weaknesses across people, processes and systems
Design, implement and embed pragmatic control enhancements aligned to real operational workflows
Lead and support targeted, project‑based initiatives aimed at strengthening governance and operational resilience
Drive the integration of risk, governance and compliance practices into day‑to‑day business execution
Support audit readiness, issue remediation and ongoing adherence to internal policies and standards
Influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels without formal authority, using insight and credibility
Collaborate closely with Internal Audit leadership to ensure alignment between audit priorities and business realities
Travel regularly to operational sites to support in‑field assessments and initiatives
Maintain a strong, hands‑on in‑office presence to enable effective collaboration and delivery

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10 years proven business‑facing governance, risk or compliance experience
Strong project experience and comfort working in dynamic, project‑based environments
Manufacturing industry experience is essential due to high operational exposure
Comfortable spending up to 90% of time in-field within operations
Strong ability to assess processes, identify risk and implement controls
Experience working with systems, software or control frameworks
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Resilient, pragmatic and solutions‑oriented approach

Qualification:
Degree in Finance OR Equivalent.
